For our Client we are looking for a passionate HR professional to take responsibility over the HR aspects of the local operations.


  • You will work with the Development Centre manager and the global HR team to set up operations in Budapest with heavy focus on recruitment. You will also make sure all administrative elements are in place and in compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • You will be responsible for all HR related questions for the office in Budapest and work closely with the managers in areas such as recruitment, labor law, HR and Office administration, updating the HRIS and responsibility for data quality within your local operations, employment relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, leadership development, company events and culture, to only mention a few. Additionally, you will have budget responsibility for Budapest office.

  • You will be reporting to the Head of HR, International, based in Malta, and be a part of the HR & Office team of almost 40 people spread globally. The position is based in Budapest, and occasional travelling to other offices will be required.
  • Requirements

  • You are a high performing individual with a passion for building a world class work place. You have a relevant University degree and have at least 3 years of relevant experience as HR Coordinator/Manager in Hungary. You have a good track record in recruitment and solid knowledge of employment law in Hungary. You are organized and have excellent organizational and administrative skills as well as experience in using HRIS.

  • You have a strong drive and ambition while at the same time a humble and team oriented attitude. You like operational tasks and get things done. Like the rest of us you are also a social and collaborative person who is good at remote communication.

  • Your verbal and written communication skills in English are excellent, and you speak Hungarian. Working experience from a technical or digital international organization is an advantage.
