We are looking for our Client - a world-wide known automotive manufacturer – a colleague for the following position:

-     Manages the planning and implementation of technology related projects (e. g. global: Workday, regional: Payroll and T&A integrations) to ensure stated objectives are met and the deployment is on-time and within budget.
-     In collaboration with the HRIT Director and BRM EMEA, defines implementation plans to deliver on global strategies which meet regional requirements. Ensures global alignment and consistency while effectively balancing global, regional and local needs.
-     Proactively identifies assumptions and project risks; Recommends and implements mitigating actions or contingency plans.
-     Ensures that planning approach is consistent with the company’s IT project implementation methodology. Ensures this methodology is understood and applied effectively by project teams; that all necessary documentation is created and that relevant implementation toolkits, correct terminology and concepts are applied professionally thorough the project.
-     Identifies business change management effort and develops plan accordingly; Clarifies and communicates expectations and commitments to all stakeholders; Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools and constantly monitors and reports on progress to all stakeholders;
-     Prepares estimates for technology project costs. Ensures actual costs are tracked, monitored and reported as required. Ensures timely and accurate payment of invoices. Ensures spending does not exceed budget.
-      Actively fosters a global team by communicating commitment and support for shared goals, sharing knowledge and expertise, pursuing improvements to overall team operations and morale, and setting and contributing to cross team objectives and priorities as needed.
-      Works closely with IT Technical Managers and/or IT Business Analysts to identify application support requirements and ensure smooth transition of development projects to support organization.
-      Ensures that quality assurance actions (e.g. document control, program change control, unit testing, integration testing and business process testing) are defined and carried out rigorously so that customer expectations and project objectives are fully met.
-     Coordinates and manages vendors and all external resources identified within the project scope to ensure that the project is successful. 


-     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline.
-     At least 6 years of functional experience in Business Analysis or related field
-     Advanced training on elicitation and elaboration of requirements from a verified source
-     Business Analysis certification or Systems Analysis certification is a plus
-     SQL or other basic database query skills is required
-     Experience with business intelligence tools is required, preferably Cognos and/or MSBI
-     Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
-     Experience following disciplined quality assurance processes and practices
-     Experience implementing technology in multiple countries across multiple regions of the world and proven understanding of cultural differences and ability to impact across cultures
-     Experience modeling systems and data to a logical level, user interface design, and prototyping, decision tables/trees, data flows
-     Knowledge of technology system interfaces, data integration, data conversion, networks and operating systems
-     Excellent business communication and change management skills and ability to work with those who use English as a second language
-    Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present technical matters in a simple, clear and concise manner to the targeted audience. 
-    Thinks creatively, conceptually and analytically and considers the wider consequences of each decision.  Has “big picture” awareness
-    Must be fluent in English, other languages are a plus
