On behalf of our Partner with more than 1000 employees in Hungary, we are looking for an HR Business Partner for one of their division.
- Operative responsibility of HR tasks for the division in Hungary, reporting to Cluster GM and close cooperation with both Group HR Directors
- Management and overview of HR activities and provide support to all entities in Hungary
- Collaborate with leaders across the Hungary to build and support healthy and effective teams
- Advising on topics such as performance and talent management, onboarding, compensation, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, team engagement etc.
- Participation in the development of HR strategy
- Long-term development of new brand for HR departments within the division in Hungary
- Creation and/or participation in writing new HR standards, 360 employee life-cycle, training etc.
- Cooperation with other HR Managers in the region
- Organization of HR events for the division in Hungary
- Acting proactively, searching for solutions to issues that may arise

Elvárások / Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR, especially in Business Partner position
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and strong leadership skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to lead and inspire
- Independent, target- and solution-oriented, problem solver and innovator
- High motivation and flexibility
