Our prestigious multinational client is looking for:

HR Administrator




  • Provide HR process administration and support
  • Enter data into the HR system and coordinate recording process
  • Be expert of the HR system and procedures
  • Responsibility for updating documentation and communicating changes
  • Ensure timely delivery of services
  • Act as a single point of contact for employees and the HR department
  • Provide information and guidance on HR processes and regulation
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
  • Ownership of designed processes and projects


  • At least 1 year relevant experience in HR Administration or Customer Service
  • Fluent English knowledge is a must and one of the following languages: GERMAN/DUTCH/FRENCH/DANISH/FINNISH/CZECH/SWEDISH
  • Master or Bachelor degree
  • Experience in multinational environment
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Ability to provide customer-focus attitude
  • Attention to details and precise work manner
  • Dynamic, open personality
