Our client is an international pharmaceutical company. We have been commissioned for a temporary position starting immediately and therefore turn to an experienced practitioner as
HR Admin Specialist 100%

This role has the following purpose:
• Maintain all kind of requests (calls/tickets) related to HR Administration Services
• Perform service delivery according to our customers HR Policies and Standards and complies with the compliance rules.
• Support HR Business Partners, Line Managers and Employees for operational questions and ticket resolution. Supports the HR Service Manager around operational HR Administration tasks and issues.

Major Accountabilities:
• Cover services such as entry, transfer, exit, reporting as well as dispatching and work permit.
• Manage HR Admin service requests (according service catalogue) and fulfills processes and services according to internal work instructions. Ensure customer satisfaction while focusing on fast, qualitative and adequate service delivery
• Operate the telephone hotline and treats customer requests. Ensure team availability during office hours
• Ensure appropriate ticketing tool usage
• Provide support to the overall HR Administration team and contribute in reaching the team goals
• Support in improving various HR processes.
Your background:
Education and/or professional experience:
• Commercial degree, further education in the HR services area (Personalsachbearbeiter/in / Personalfachfrau/mann or adequate education)
• Good spoken and written English and German
• other language skills is an advantage, e.g. French, Italian
• 1-3 years in HR or other administrative experience
• Experience with SAP HCM/SAP R3
• Experienced with Ticket Tool
• Experienced in working for a Service Environment
