We are looking for new colleagues for our multinational client company which is one of Europe's leading provider of communication services.
Helpdesk agent 1st line
- Respond to inbound telephone calls from customers
- Open trouble tickets to record all actions and to track problems
- Contact customer directly, providing notification of error conditions affecting cusomer's services
- Update on existing problem conditions and coordinate ticket activities to closure
- Maintain responsibility for the ticket throughout its life cycle, even when transferred to another department
- Provides support to customers in a 7 x 24 shift
- Fluency in English and in French / German / Italian / Spanish / Russian / Dutch / Portugese
- IT affinity
- MS Office knowledge
- Be able to evidence clear and demonstrable experience in technical interface with telecommunications service providers including related help desk operations
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Good problemsolving skills
