For our prestigious multinational partner we are currently looking for a new colleague in their recruitment team for the following position:

Head of Recruitment


- Accountable for the service delivery model and best practices necessary to support talent recruitment for our client
- Operations Management
- Drive team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to quality metrics
- Collaborate with internal resources and the client to overcome issues and challenges, and mitigate risks
- Support managers in execution of goals and priorities at the associate level
- Resource Management
- Manage daily client requirements and maintain strong relationships with Human Resources
- Educate clients and colleagues and serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert
- Ensure hiring managers and other business partners’ satisfaction
- Define and deliver key recruiting performance metrics and ensure goals & SLA’s are met
- Advise and guide staff to professionally resolve complex issues and overcome recruiting challenges
- Coach and mentor team in their individual professional development and assist them in reaching performance goals

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria

- College / university Degree
- Excellent command of English language
- 5+ years of combined business, recruiting and operations leadership experience; proven track record of success within a complex, multi-structure organization
- 3+ years experience managing recruitment teams with a client services role
- Comprehensive knowledge of full life cycle recruiting
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service delivery
- Adept at building and managing strong recruiting teams
- Experience resolving conflicts and gaining cooperation among staff, peers and client
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
- CanDo mentality & proactive attitude
- Proven ability to guide and advise managers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational perspective, ability to reach across the organization.
- Occasional evening work to meet business needs.
