• Build up and manage a Master Data Management team in Group Consumer Services
• Define Master Data strategy in line with Consumer Services and Digital strategy working together with the CDO of the company
• Define Master Data governance and organisation across Consumer Services
• Develop detailed business requirements and business processes related to the creation and maintenance of Asset Master, Customer Master, Product Master and Supplier Master Data
• Participate in selection and implementation of Master Data solutions based on business requirements
• Manage the budget related to building MDM capabilities 
• Develop and maintain strong cooperation with country-level organisations, Group Retail organisation and the Group Consumer Services IT organisation
• Ensure Customer Master solution and processes support GDPR compliance

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of master data management preferably at a Retailer
• Strong knowledge of enterprise master data technology initiatives in support of business, operations and technology teams, and knowledge of enterprise master data strategies and best practices
• Proven people management skills
• Solid project management/organisational skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and matrix environments
• GDPR-compliance related knowledge / experience a plus
