Our Retail Division is looking for a new team member in the following position:
Head of CRM
- Business support of analyses of actual and potential customers, through usage of CRM’s existing and prospect Customer Data Base in order to support Segments for maximizing the profitability of the customers and customer satisfaction, at the same time optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial campaigns.
- To develop and execute at local level an integrated Strategy for CRM.
- To set up the operational mechanism of commercial campaigns and follow up in close cooperation with sales, sales support and Segments
- To introduce and coordinate campaigns for retail customers in order to support the acquisition and Xsells and upsell, in cooperation with Segments Managers and Sales Support Departments
- Active support to the acquisition, information and sales activities of branches and other sales channels.
Contribution to the monitoring and analyzing of the results and the efficiency of commercial initiatives.
Participation in the development of the Bank’s CRM system. Definition and collection of the development demands of the business units. Participation in development projects: cooperation with divisions, preparation of documentation for decisions, proposals and specifications
Operative CRM activities in connection with retail customers
Analytical CRM activities in connection with retail customers
- Operative and analytical CRM service for Corporate Division, according to separate SLA.
- Designing CRM business processes, developing CRM business logic, and introducing/implementation the practice.
- University degree (in economics / management / maths)
- Fluent English in written and verbal
- min. 5 years experience with CRM, preferably in banking, and min. 3 years managerial position
- Database management knowledge (SQL)
- CRM system knowledge (etc. update, MS CRM, SAP CRM, Siebel)
