Role OverviewThe Global Data Auditing Programme Manager is responsible for supporting the programme director in providing programme management for the Assurance Transformation's Data Auditing Projects.
Data auditing is the future of the Assurance profession and Assurance Transformation has developed and are continuing to develop a Global Data Auditing tool which is scalable, flexible and safe, and will provide consistency across the audit globally.
The Global Data Auditing Programme is multi workstream and covers a wide stakeholder base both in the UK and globally.
The programme is entering the next phase which provides the right candidate with the opportunity to shape the role.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include supporting the programme director in:
• Developing and running the overall programme management strategy, structure and approach to support delivery of the programme objectives.
• Driving governance and relationships across the programme to ensure delivery of the approach.
• Working with workstream leads to help create and monitor project work plans and timelines, to be revised as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Coordinating all aspects of the programme and driving progress to ensure that deadlines and targets are successfully met - including bringing the right people together, following up on actions and 'rolling up sleeves' as necessary.
• Attending and chairing meetings, drafting agendas and ensuring actions points are captured and followed up.
• Proactively communicating project status (including status reporting), issues and risks to stakeholders and within the team
• Developing content / slides / agendas for key meetings to communicate programme status to global stakeholders.

• Demonstrate, or be able to quickly develop good package skills in as many as possible of the following - MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes and Sharepoint.
