Global Advisory Marketing and Communications supports the global Advisory leadership and network. We're a small team based in the UK and US. We're looking for a full time, Marketing & Communications Manager for a secondment for 6 months maternity cover.
The role is varied with responsibilities ranging from providing digital and communications support, to sourcing/editing website content or working on the delivery of marketing plans and communications projects.

With responsibility for website implementation and communications support, you will have a fantastic opportunity to work and build relationships with people with different cultures and backgrounds from around the network, making sure that what we do is relevant or could be made relevant to their markets.
About the role
Monitor, maintain and manage updates on the global website
• Work with the Advisory digital strategy leader to identify gaps and create content for the global Advisory web pages.
• Working with the web team and practice teams to create new pages when required.
• Developing content with drivers for competency and services pages.
• Drafting updates and content for the global web pages.
• Be involved in Global webcasts to help the leaders connect with the network.
• Identify periodic updates to global market proposition and service offering pages and work with the proposition drivers and the online team to implement these changes
• Edit stories/case studies so that they are suitable for the web.
• Be involved in gathering and keeping up to date with new content for social media channels such as twitter and LinkedIn.
Support the Advisory communications program
• Working with the Advisory communications leader to deliver relevant and timely communications, focused through key channels - including; social media, PR, script writing internal news channels and web content.
• Co-ordinating relevant stories, articles and updates for AGLT newsletter updates.
• Working with communications network to share and develop stories and updates.
• Working with key stakeholders to deliver timely and consistent updates through relevant communications channels.
• Source web and internal online news copy, draft stories and communications
• Draft ad hoc and relevant content for use through territory based internal news channels.
• Working on animations and scripts for the Advisory practice.
Facilitate team communications and respond to ad hoc requests
• Assist with the co-ordination and implementation of projects and campaigns, as appropriate
• Manage and chair the network calls for the M&C; global advisory network with the view to share knowledge best practice as well as build your global network.
• Be responsible for the Global Advisory M&C; Spark page.
Pursue development of skills and knowledge necessary for exceptional performance.
• Strong written communication skills • Proven IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes (e-mail, calendar and scheduling) • Takes pride in delivering accurate and thorough work • Good time management and organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise a workload • Excellent interpersonal skills; a good telephone manner and ability to interact at all levels in a professional manner • Proactive, self-motivated and able to take responsibility for own work under own initiative • Experience of working towards deadlines and flexible regarding hours (overtime may be required) as priorities may change at short notice • Willing to travel internationally if required • Team player with ability to build relationships with PwC staff and clients • Interest in own self-development, well organised and tenacious • Good knowledge of environment and services offered by PwC
