BudapestWhat would be your main tasks in this position?
- Provide support in complex order management issues
- Constantly administrate the orders in SAP
- Be responsible for the total order life cycles
- Build up and maintain a good relationship with the clients and suppliers
- Support pricing activities and supervise outgoing invoices
- Be aware of the details of client contracts to be able to provide information in case of issues
- Speak German and English fluently
- Have Bachelor’s degree (Bsc/BA)
- Already gained minimum 2 years experience in order management or similar customer service field at a multinational company
- Have excellent communication skills and client oriented mindset
- Already worked in SAP or Oracle is definitely a plus!
- Are open to some travelling
