German speaking HR Services Specialist

  • Act as a contact point of all expat data queries
  • Managing the end to end ownership of all requests, updates, issues and escalations
  • Update SAP Global Assignee records
  • Resolve discrepancies between reports
  • During country roll-out co-ordinate with HR teams to ensure effective testing, data migration and adoption of the new processes
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues involving multiple systems and stakeholders
  • Maintain process maps and standard data input forms
  • Ensure that HR processes comply with SOX requirements
  • 1-2 years relevant experience is a must
  • Fluency in German and English languages (written and oral)
  • Intermediate MS Office skills including Sharepoint
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and tools
  • High level of accuracy and attention to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of International Mobility processes
  • SAP knowledge
