Our client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a customer- oriented and experienced Client Relationship Team Leader to their Budapest- based business services center in a newly established team.
- Supporting key Commercial functions required for Commercial Change Management,
- Managing customer request: receive request, quote and order,
- Taking part in technical and sales teams when required,
- Track workflow and implementation,
- Updating inventories and systems,
- Updating customer and account team on progress,
- Training and supporting 20-30 team members.
- Fluent English and German is a must,
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in multinational environment, preferably in customer service,
- Experience in project management,
- College or university degree,
- Proactive and independent thinking,
- Good problem solving skills are essential,
- Open personality, reliable, creative, pragmatic,
- Experience in the SSC industry is an advantage.
