Our client is a global health care company where we are currently seeking for an HR Associate with English knowledge, who would support the employees of the company. Approximately 200 employees work in their shared service centre, located in Budapest down town. They provide financial solutions to their European clients help them to make their business more effective and successful on the market. In their Budapest office the chosen HR Associate would be responsible for maintaining HR related data in the company system, handling the files and coordinating the follow ups. The successful candidate would be the first point of contact in various queries by HR, keep the contact between the European employees and the internal HR team. Also he/she has to solve HR related issues in time and support the coordination of the Training and Development processes.

College / university degree
Fluent English and German
Multi-tasking ability
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP (is an advantage)
Attention to details, deadlines
Excellent communication and organization skills
Team player attitude
Previous experience in L&D administration is an advantage
