ExxonMobil has established 10 Business Support Centers globally, two of them in Europe. One of them is in Budapest since 2004, currently with approximately 1,400 employees. The Fuels & Lubricants Department (F&L) is one of its main functions which focuses on customer service management and commercial operations support with a geographical focus on Europe, Africa and Middle East (EAME zone).

The Customer Master Assistant Team maintains and updates all customer information in SAP, Customer Master Legacy Systems and Fuel Finder in accordance with approved Work Instructions and in compliance with controls requirements.

Our new Customer Master Assistant colleague will

  • Maintain and update the Customer Master database in SAP, legacy systems and Fuel Finder with all data received from Sales and other authorized functions
  • Provide professional service to business function with regard to set up's, changes and related queries
  • Check that interface between SAP and legacy systems used by the Customer Master Assistants is accurate
  • Set up all customers in CS-Online, and send out the relevant brochures to the customers
  • Create reports with customer and station information for other departments directly from SAP and other systems
  • Solve queries within SLA, escalate if necessary
  • Identify tasks to be completed when instructed by System Warnings

  • Have accomplished or ongoing BsC / MsC studies in any field
  • Have an excellent customer oriented mindset
