French speaking Employee Services Representative
A French speaking HR support role is open at our prestigious client dealing with well-known skincare, make-up, and fragrance products. The company provides an opportunity to be a part of a small team with competitive salary and benefits.

As a French speaking Employee services representative, your responsibilities would be to provide support internally for the company’s colleagues in HR related questions, receive these questions and issues via phone/ e-mail/ HR portal or other channels. Furthermore, the new colleague will provide data and ensures data accuracy, including performing regular audits and participating in external audits as required. In this role you would also be responsible for keeping the HR database up-to-date and provides these documentations if requested.
There is also a chance for participating in process improvements.
To be considered as an ideal candidate for this HR support role, you have to have Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree. This position also requires some experience in the SSC sector - preferably in HR support/customer service/helpdesk roles but also support functions are also welcome. Fluency in English and French is a must!
