Pozíció leírása / Job description

Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a French speaking Business Support SME to their Budapest-based business services center.


Ensure management of accurate filling of the financial tool and validate the Timesheet of the in-country Professional Services ressource teams and Creation of Prime Project codes / Creation imputation projects requested by the Finance codes
Responsible of the reporting activities from the GFP tool to analyse the financial elements
Meet reporting requirements during and at the end of each month for all services
Ensure Audit compliance
Manage daily workload and assign tasks to the team
Be the 1st level of escalation and the SPOC towards in-country teams
Interface with Contract Management teams regarding Professional Services projects and Prime tool queries
Provide BT Advise Business Support subject matter expertise to other BT departments
Set team/personal objectives, track results and implement KPI’s
Responsible of streamline the flow of information between the business involved in the processing of the order (logistics, maintenance, service, assistant management controller management ...) in order to provision costs and justify them
Responsible of the clients invoicing
Accountable for updating the relevant financial tools for the follow up of all projects
Assist in achieving the commercial specifications of complex cases
Validate the completeness of the components of the financial part of the sales order (Income and Margin)
Monitor the treatment of internal control and dispute internal cost according to aged balance as the 1st level of escalation
Be the priviledged interface of the Sales Service Support Specialist team, Contract management team and Professional Services resources team
Back up in-country teams on the entire scope of activity


- Fluent English and French is a MUST
- Experience in an AP or AR team lead role
- Rigorous, responsive, available, diplomatic style
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good numeric skills
- Well organised, timely, detail oriented personality
- Creative in identifying alternative and improved solutions
