Description of position:    The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations within the company's internal car fleet programme.

Duties:    Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the Management with budget control information, both by supplier and internal budget calculation reporting, chasing and expediting supplier information, invoices and payment progression as required, plus driver fines management.

• Placing orders for the perpetuating running costs of company cars on the internal system

• Recalculating leasing contracts for company cars, adjusting mileage and length of contract to ensure that the financial efficiency of leasing contracts is maintained

• Managing company internal reallocations of returned company cars

• Producing end-of-contract certification of accident free years for employee

• Fines management

• Budget calculation by supplier and cost progression follow-up

• Car Programs cost analysis in the ledger building: global dashboard, car programs dashboard, cashflow by supplier categories, ledger dashboard verify the number of vehicles managed within the control spreadsheet against the invoice

Requirements, skills:    Required

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

• Microsoft Office knowledge: Strong Excel knowledge

• English: Fluent

• German/French: Fluent


Minimum one year financial experience

Known languages:    Fluent English AND fluent German OR French knowledge
