In our Budapest Business Service Centre, our Financial Services Team has a wide variety of tasks  from processing, reporting and booking invoices or other cost information flows from partners, reconciliation, participation in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing etc. The functions in which we are looking for talented colleagues to join us are:

AP: managing the supplier invoices from receiving those until the payment (preparing and accounting), keeping contact with suppliers and partners.

Fleet: processing, checking, validating accounts and pay invoices in connection with car purchases, calculating the value of vehicles to be sold, billing car sales, allocating the received payments, keeping contact with suppliers.

Network Accounting: processing, reporting and booking invoices or other costs from partners through whom car rental is possible (rental stations, agencies etc.), analysing and controlling partner costs, making bank payments and controlling instalments, doing month end reconciliations.

General Ledger Accounting: general ledger reconciliation and accounting, participation in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, bank reconciliation and accounting, supplies and fixed assets accounting, intercompany and charge back accounting, reporting, keeping contact with partners.

Treasury: Managing bank and rental station cash reconciliations, paying invoices and booked items by the partner with electronic payment, direct debit, manual payment or cheques to the partners, suppliers and other companies (for example travel agencies), forecasting, monitoring cashflow, supporting process improvement through sharing ideas .


To join us, we are looking forward to your application if you have:

  • College or university degree preferably in economics, finance/accounting
  • Ideally 1 year of experience gained in a similar role, but fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Confident English language knowledge at least on an upper intermediate level both written and verbal
  • Additional language knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German would be an advantage
  • Analytical mind-set, logical thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident user skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work precisely under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Collaborative approach
