Expert Manager Performance & Talent Management / Functional Lead

The role of the Expert Manager PM/TM is to translate state of the art thinking of Performance and Talent Management into value adding processes, tools and software aiming at the right balance between standardization and customized solutions for the variety of organizations we are serving. She/He has to ensure high quality and discipline in the (annual) roll out as well as continuous improvement and functionally lead a small team of professionals.

Your tasks:

  • Develop and upgrade PM/TM and Succession Planning processes and standards for RBI-Group and RZB incl. subsidiaries and guide, support and monitor their implementation
  • Coordinate definition of PM Process for Network Unit Board Members and operationally execute it
  • Coordinate, monitor and partly execute PM/TM Process in various organizations in Austria, cooperating with HR Business Partners and LDC Consultants
  • Implement and continuously upgrade HR-IT systems (Learning Management System,
  • e-Performance Management and e-Talent Management) and monitor e-learning content related projects
  • Act as Functional Lead for a small team of colleagues

Your qualifications:

  • University degree (ideally in economics, with specialization in HR Management/People Development and Change Management)
  • 10+ years of working experience, min. 5 years in an HR function ideally People Development, Learning, Talent Management or MD/OD consultancy, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience in running projects & implementing initiatives across various units and countries
  • Strong Process and Project Management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of HR IT Systems for PM/TM/Learning
  • Strong leadership competences
  • Advanced German and English language skills
