Our newest, freshest SSC partner is looking for new french speaking colleagues to their up-building IT helpdesk team.
Experienced French Speaking IT Helpdesk
- Hold the contact between the 1st line and 2nd line
- Follow-up incidents and escalate to 2nd line if needed
- Training the new 1st line collegaues
- Report to team leader on the problems and advise possible new business processes or developments
- Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with company and customer procedures
- Fluent French and English knowledge
- 1 year experience in relevant IT Service Desk environment is a must
- Experience with ticketing tools
- Excellent communication skills and great team player
