For our client in Budapest, we are looking for an experienced EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT.



  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office
  • Answering telephone calls, forwarding inquiries to relevant departments
  • Handling and registration of incoming and outgoing mails and invoices
  • Managing service providers such as cleaners, couriers, authorities, technical services etc.
  • Purchasing office equipment and hospitality materials according to procedures
  • Maintaining and managing databases
  • Managing hospitality issues, travel arrangements and hotel bookings, supporting visitors
  • Completing secretarial tasks, such as correspondence, preparing documents and presentations
  • Translating documents

  • Good English and Russian language skills (both written and verbal)
  • BBA or equivalent level of education
  • Min. 1-2 years relevant work experience in multinational environment
  • High level computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focus and collaboration competencies
  • Excellent organization skills
