Our prestigious international client, who is an innovative company in the automotive industry is looking for an Executive Assistant for their office in Eger.
Your new role
In this position you will provide support to the Plant Manager.
Your main tasks include:
- Provide personal assistance support to the Plant Manager
- Organize and maintain diary
- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel and guest arrangements
- Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Handling data and invoices
- Managing the company webpage
- Preparing presentations
What you'll need to succeed
- University/college degree
- Fluent English and Hungarian both verbal and written
- 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Strong attention to detail and precise
- Proven ability to manage diverse tasks and responsibilities
- High level of confidentiality
