Responsibilities:
  • Prepare invoice batches and maintain invoice reconciliations
  • Supporting billing activities and finance teams in account recevaible functions
  • Maintain invoice reconciliations for revenue billings
  • Monitoring monthly cut-off deadlines to ensure smooth closure of month and quarter
  • Liaise with customers to to resolved queries
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reporting
  • Support the internal and external auditors
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (both written and oral)
  • At least 1 year experience in Finance or in other relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
