Vulnerability Management Specialist
About this opportunity
Customer Support newly established a team that is responsible for analyzing and answering to the customers’ security and vulnerability management related questions on products.
What you will do
- Perform analysis of customer security scans on products
- Investigate suspected vulnerabilities in deployed products / network parts
- Use Customer Support knowledge base, Ericsson Vulnerability Management Service (EVMS) and security advisories when analyzing the Customer security queries
- Write Technical Answers to the customers, and advice on the fixes, mitigations, and configurations
- Maintain Customer Support knowledge base on security related topics
You will bring
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding and interest on Security, Risk and Vulnerability Management
- Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented, and a good teammate
- Friendly and service minded orientation
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
It's an advantage if you have
- Knowledge of common vulnerability databases (MITRE, NVD)
- Knowledge of Information Security related standards and regulation, including ISO/IEC 27001, Data Privacy Legislation
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and in cloud security
- Good understanding of Linux
- Writing Python scripts
- Knowledge of security standards or some security certificate
