Responsibilities

Hydro is seeking for resources for implementation, administration and support of SAP SuccessFactors (8 modules). It is a requirement that the candidates can show experience from SAP SuccessFactors, either as a system admin or HR functions using one or several modules of SAP SuccessFactors.

Purpose of Techno-functional Specialists:

The specialists will be involved in the admin and support of the current HR systems (Cornerstone and SAP) until go-live of the new system. In parallel, they will be involved in system configuration and testing of SAP SuccessFactors. After go-live user admin, user support and system admin tasks will be key tasks.

• Project Implementation Support to the Global Roll Out of SAP SuccessFactors
• Process Mapping Reviews and Documentation
• Data Collation, Cleansing and Migration Support
• Configuration and Setups
• System testing
• End User Training
• Implementation Troubleshooting
• Post Live Hyper Care Support
• Global End User Support

Requirements

• Relevant College or University degree (HR degree is preferred)
• HR Domain Experience with Systems Implementation Experience
• 5+ years of experiences in similar role
• Knowledge of the following applications: SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, SAP
• Manufacturing industry knowledge will be a plus
• Fluent in English is a must
