- Validate the incoming change requests
- Open changes in the given ticket logging system
- Change follow-up
- Monitoring Functional Mailboxes and assigning or processing incoming e-mails
- Act as the coordinator between the Resolution Teams and the Client Management
- Cooperation with the Change Managements, Technical support units and other stakeholders other
- Creating and distributing daily/weekly/ad-hoc reports
- Maintaining customer specific training and process documents
