Technical Process Specialist trainee

  • Validate the incoming change requests
  • Open changes in the given ticket logging system
  • Change follow-up
  • Monitoring Functional Mailboxes and assigning or processing incoming e-mails
  • Act as the coordinator between the Resolution Teams and the Client Management
  • Cooperation with the Change Managements, Technical support units and other stakeholders other
  • Creating and distributing daily/weekly/ad-hoc reports
  • Maintaining customer specific training and process documents

  • Intermediate German and English language knowledge
