Technical Advisor - Czech speaking

  • Manage a smooth communication with clients via e-mail and telephone
  • Follow up on existing tickets and escalate unresolved cases to relevant support teams
  • Learn and implement new technologies, tools, processes and policies
  • Help clients in basic IT issues
  • Document and share best practices with other colleagues
  • Cooperate with different teams within the company


  • Fluent Czech language knowledge and strong English
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed!
  • Excellent phone etiquettes and customer service skills
  • Average user knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Daily use of computer
  • Open to work in different shifts
