The Sous Chef will be responsible for day-to-day supervision, preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained to the standards required by the hotel.

Tasks & Involvements:
- Ensuring the smooth running of kitchen processes
- Adhering to and working to the required standards
- Coordinating and supervising staff under his/her control
- Ensuring a high standard of workmanship at all times, presenting five-star quality food to guests
- Ensuring that products and ingredients are professionally prepared and quality controlled
- Preparing purchases and orders
- Training new staff
- Contributing to the development of menus for events and programs
The Ideal Candidate:
- Professional qualification
- At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient command of English and Hungarian languages
- Varied and diverse range of cooking skills and methods of cooking
- Experience in creating food displays/center-pieces
