Service Delivery Manager

Responsible project & service management for internal / external projects & services

  • Managing / coordination of project members (national, international)
  • Responsibility for Unified Communication Rollout project and Service Management
  • Organize and lead conference calls\ meeting with stakeholders
  • Collaboration with project members (Experts, Engineers) and Suppliers
  • User Communiation (drafting articles, content updating of web pages around the services, sending out user communications around changes)



Elvárások / Requirements

  • Knowledge and/or experience about ITIL and Process- and Projectmanagement
  • Good knowledge about processes in the area of network and basic security aspects
  • Technical background is an advantage(network, client, applications)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, KanBan) is an advantage
  • Proactivity
  • Internal process knowledge of T-Systems is an advantage
  • Good communication skills written and spoken
  • English advanced knowledge
  • German advanced knowledge
  • A wide degree of creativity is expected
  • Microsoft Office
