We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive Manager for our Switzerland based client. Our is based in Zurich, they have developed a software product, which is currently licensed and used in the insurance industry across several countries in Europe, US, Middle East and Africa and Asia.
Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation, while displaying exceptional leadership skills and confidence.
Keen interest in conducting research and data-driven insights coupled with an in-depth knowledge of the offered products and services as well as standard strategic, analytical, and marketing concepts.
Elvárások / Requirements
Proven sales executive experience, at least 10 years of working experience
in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment,
preferably working in the position of Senior Sales Executive Manager
in the software vendor market.
Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance industry
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
German and English speaking at negotiation level
Enthusiastic, curious, high energy individual, team motivator
