Our partner company delivers software development, testing, deployment and support services for POS (point-of-sale) and related software applications that focus on the overall crew and customer experience, resulting in improved operations to the fastest growing franchise over 120 countries and over 37,500 locations worldwide.
- Ensure Scrum ceremonies are executed properly, driving squad to develop and deploy faster
- Remove obstackles and external interferences to development progress
- Maintain the product backlog and hold BTA accountable to defining stories at the right level
- Defining DoD, DoR for the product, manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Maintain and clean up JIRA in alignment with best practices
Elvárások / Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master OR 2-3 years of experience in agile environment as a project manager, product owner or business analyst
- Knowledge of Agile principles, processes, practices and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Solid background of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Fluent English is a must
- Any SCRUM certificate is a plus
