SAP Quality Service Support

Your Tasks:

  • Service Delivery in global IT Quality
    • Incident & Problem Support (including debugging SAP problems)
    • Fulfilling QM user requests for SAP and 3rd party applications
  • Small Order (SAP) development/enhancement work
    • Analyze customer requirements and checking feasibility
    • Create IT concepts, organize, manage, and supervise orders
    • Plan, define and agree on work packages
    • Design & conduct integration testing
    • Ensure Go Live support including system operation and support
  • Participation in Projects
    • Lead SAP QM rollouts including customizing
    • Launch project collaboration with Build team and Handover responsibilities for support
  • General Support, maintenance, and monitoring of running solutions
  • Act as a process or solution expert within the team & for externals supporting the team


  • Degree in (Business) Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Experience with SAP application customizing and ABAP
  • Basic development/debugging skills (SAP ABAP)
  • English language knowledge
