Feladatok:
- Manage order processing for small accounts
- Handle return processes within the SAP system
- Investigate and resolve logistic disputes and delivery issues
- Apply price adjustments to customer orders as needed
- Check stock availability and inform dealers accordingly
- Respond to general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by the line manager
- Support colleagues with routine daily tasks when required
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support implementation
Elvárások:
- Active or passive student status
- Advanced English knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Precision and focus when delivering tasks
