Our international partner is looking for a Sales Assistant to join their team.

  • Supporting Sales representatives with administrative tasks
  • Keeping in contact with clients and partners
  • Preparing quotations
  • Handling client data within the company's CRM system
  • Tracking orders and handling arising problems 
  • Fulfill invoicing duties
  • Preparing reports and statistics

Elvárások / Requirements

  • University degree
  • 1-3 year experience in a back office position
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with SAP and German knowledge is an advantage
