We are looking for an experienced Reward Analyst for our multinational partner.

being responsible for job levelling, grading, benchmarking for all positions
taking part in global grading projects
developing current and new processes
playing a key role in knowledge transfer
keeping contact with HR stakeholders and supporting them regarding job evaulations, grading and benchmarking
being aware of global reward processes and timelines as well as Rewards policies and procedures

Elvárások / Requirements

at least 2-5 years of experience in the following: job levelling, grading, benchmarking
University or Collage degree
fluent in written and spoken English
strong customer centricity, problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindset
multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
advanced critical thinking, end-to-end focus, customer service expertise
