We are looking for an experienced Reward Analyst for our multinational partner.
- being responsible for job levelling, grading, benchmarking for all positions
- taking part in global grading projects
- developing current and new processes
- playing a key role in knowledge transfer
- keeping contact with HR stakeholders and supporting them regarding job evaulations, grading and benchmarking
- being aware of global reward processes and timelines as well as Rewards policies and procedures
Elvárások / Requirements
- at least 2-5 years of experience in the following: job levelling, grading, benchmarking
- University or Collage degree
- fluent in written and spoken English
- strong customer centricity, problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindset
- multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- advanced critical thinking, end-to-end focus, customer service expertise
