Reporting Specialist (HR field)

Our multinational partner is looking for Reporting Specialists to their HR Services team! We are waiting for your application, if you have a few years of experience in reporting, and you are fluent in English!




  • Providing first line support to internal customers
  • Providing already existing, and creating new reports to customers
  • Advising and educating requestors on the use of self service reports and dashboards
  • Cooperate with other HR Services team members
  • Managing end-to-end processes
  • Take part in process improvement projects
  • Support the training of the new joiner colleagues


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting – preferably in HR field
  • Fluent English language knowledge (advanced German is a huge plus!)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Power BI knowledge
  • Customer focus, analytical thinking
