Relationship Associate

Responsibilities

• Support Bankers on marketing efforts to grow and protect revenue on a specified portfolio of clients.
• Navigation of the product and coverage network; problem escalation and resolution; driving customer satisfaction;  support the coverage side duties related to execution of new transactions / flow product services
• Support Bankers with credit limit excess investigations and obtain excess approvals
• Monitor expiring credit agreements and prepare the necessary documents for renewal
• Prepare client materials for business meetings (support preparing presentation, printing, binding)
• Responsible for ensuring assigned client portfolio is kept current with respect to due diligence and anti-money laundering, compliance (KYC) requirements
• Coordinate and support regular control and compliance duties of the team (MCA, CoB, etc)
• Assist in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed
• Develop and update analyses to support marketing activity and coordinate with bankers on delivery of project work
• Source and create pitch and marketing material, liaising with product partners and the Bankers

Requirements and qualifications

• Economic / financial educational background or working experience
• Analytical - Assimilating new information quickly and relating it to the needs of the client base
• Organizational – Demonstrates strong organizational skills, awareness around priority of tasks and ability to work independently to deadlines
• Verbal and Written Communication – Strong communication skills (English and Hungarian)
• Comfortable with client interactions / front line communication
• Candidates will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as well as analytical abilities and a genuine interest in the financial marketsCollege degree, preferably in Finance or Economy
