Our Partner has international presence in the chemical industry and environmentally-friendly industry solutions. They are looking for their new Regional Learning and Development Manager to join their Budapest based office.
Responsible for the translation of the overall Learning & Development strategy of the Business Unit into an operational, manageable set of activities on a regional level.
The overall identification and translation of learning needs
into concrete solutions and initiatives being supported by local HR teams.
Ownership point of view for the Success Factors
Learning and Talent Management.
Act as a central point of contact and expertise for local HR teams linked to Learning and Development activities.
Ensures the best possible synergies between the sites of the Business Unit.
Manage external training partners and build up the Train the Trainer system within the company.
Elvárások / Requirements
Master’s degree in social sciences (focus on Human Resources) or psychology or economics
At least 7-10 years of professional experience in similar role
Working in an international environment or on international level
English language at business level
Coaching experience is a great asset
Willingness to travel
