Salary range:  EUR 1,750 –2,000 gross/month

We are looking for a Quality Engineer on behalf of our prestigious partner, Nefab.

For its Slovakian site in Levice , we are looking for a hands -on, motivated Quality Engineer who wants to grow in a production -focused quality role and contribute to reliable, high -quality operations.

Main Responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer, you will support the daily quality operations of the site and help ensure that incoming materials, production processes and finished products meet internal standards and customer requirements.

 Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and supporting incoming, in -process and final quality inspections
• Documenting inspection results, including Delivery Control Reports
• Participating in First Article Inspections
• Handling and documenting internal non -conformities
• Supporting root cause analysis, including 5 Why methodology
• Working closely with production, procurement, warehouse and other internal teams to improve quality
• Supporting corrective actions and following up on their implementation
• Supporting preparation for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits
• Handling or supporting supplier complaints, including SCAR processes
• Preparing quality reports for the Quality Manager, including Pareto analysis, CAPA and poor quality cost analysis
• Occasionally visiting suppliers for quality control purposes
• Participating in product testing activities, such as drop tests and UN box testing

This is a practical, production -close role combining quality control, problem -solving, documentation, reporting and cross -functional cooperation.

Your Profile / Requirements

We are looking for a junior –medior quality professional who already has some experience in a quality environment and is ready to take the next step in their career. 

You could be a good fit if you have:

• 2–3 years of experience in a quality department
• Experience in a multinational company environment
• Understanding of quality management operations and processes
• English language skills for internal communication, reporting and communication with external partners
• Strong communication skills and the ability to cooperate with leaders, colleagues and other departments
• A proactive, dynamic and team -oriented working style
• A motivation to learn, improve and grow in your quality career
