Feladatok / Tasks

  • Drive technical investigations for complaints initiated by our customers. This includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex systems

  • Provide technical support to installation and field service engineers

  • Author technical documentation for the field service organization

  • Support the installation and service teams during new product roll outs, ensuring that feedback is obtained and incorporated into subsequent releases

  • Provide service requirements to design and development teams for new products

  • Respond to situations where first level and second level field service support was not able to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software

  • Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to engineering teams

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent degrees

  • Proficiency with Linux, Git, Jenkins and Python

  • High level of analytical skills

  • Reliable, tenacious, team-oriented

  • Auto didactic skills to quickly familiarize with new areas

  • Fluency in English language, written and verbal

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • NoSQL database experience (e.g. CouchDB)

  • Comfort with heterogeneous environments (Windows, Linux)
