Drive technical investigations for complaints initiated by our customers. This includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex systems

Provide technical support to installation and field service engineers

Author technical documentation for the field service organization

Support the installation and service teams during new product roll outs, ensuring that feedback is obtained and incorporated into subsequent releases

Provide service requirements to design and development teams for new products

Respond to situations where first level and second level field service support was not able to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software

Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to engineering teams

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent degrees

Proficiency with Linux, Git, Jenkins and Python

High level of analytical skills

Reliable, tenacious, team-oriented

Auto didactic skills to quickly familiarize with new areas

Fluency in English language, written and verbal

Ability to travel up to 10%

NoSQL database experience (e.g. CouchDB)
