Procurement Transformation Director

Our leading BSC partner is looking for you to be part of an exciting journey in leading their Procurement Transformation Programme.


  • Lead the global procurement transformation governance
  • Manage end-to-end functional process change programmes
  • Lead a diverse team of direct and remote project delivery, process engineering and training professionals
  • Works closely together with procurement process owners
  • Support the creation of the global procurement transformation strategy
  • Being responsible for the delivery of the strategy
  • Pool skills in procurement process excellence, project management, change management, PMO & facilitation, process engineering and problem solving
  • Accelerating transformation and value creation to drive toward required outcomes
  • Acting as a senior member of the Global Transformation extended leadership team


  • 5+ years Senior Programme Management experience
  • 5+ years Procurement Function leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of the Procurement function’s processes
  • Proven track record in operational / E2E process restructuring
  • Excellent governance skills, execution leadership, process improvement and change management skills
  • Strong Team and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Ability to form strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to engage the organisation effectively behind a strategy
  • Strong track record in creating high-performing teams and developing a strong talent pool
