Procurement Team Leader




  • Manage and lead an operational procurement team of 12 people
  • Provide full cycle people management tasks by training and coaching team members
  • Monitor team performance and ensure that SLAs and KPIs for the team are meeting the requirements
  • Ensure workload is evenly balanced across the team and recommend changes if needed
  • Supervise and continuously improve the efficiency of the team by implementing optimized processes
  • Be the escalation point for the team members and support the team in resolving complex procurement issues
  • Ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, quality, validation and compliance with internal policies, control, and general business practices
  • Maintain good relationship with stakeholders in order to understand their needs and communicate updates, changes and actions required in the team
  • Take part and manage automation and modernization projects related to procurement field


  • University or College degree
  • Fluency in English is a must!
  • 2-3 years proven experience in people management
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a procurement/sourcing field, gained in shared services environment!
  • Knowledge in different indirect procurement related categories
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of procedures and issues within P2P
