Process Request Specialist

Responsibilities in your new position as a Process Request Specialist:

  • Supporting the standardization and effectiveness of financial process,
  • Facilitating digital innovation,
  • Taking part in both bottom-up and top-down processes,
  • Being the first reviewer of the change demands,
  • Approving requests aligned with policies,
  • Making sure current process documentations are reviewed and approved by different teams,
  • Correcting them if needed, documenting and publishing them.


You are the ideal candidate for this role, if you:

  • speak fluent English,
  • have  1 yearof relevant experience (example in request management, request documentation, change documentation, change request management),
  • own great communicational skills,
  • own at least basic knowledge of the financial field.
