POS Administrator (sales)
Tasks:
- Control the work between GEM and our customers, receives customer orders as well as order related requests, sets up demand in ERP system for material purchase and production planning.
- Performing cost controlling tasks (cost analysis, plan-actual comparison, operation and development of cost center structure)
- Responsible for monitoring the production progress and bring feedbacks for customers’ acknowledgement in regard with bike/parts supply in short or long term
- Makes reports to POS leader
- Set up model/sku master
- Recording sales demand
- Takes care of customer request
- Communicate with internal for good understanding of sales need so as to have right plan, right decision
- Receiving and set up orders and forecast in system; maintain order changes
- Updating production progress for customers via shipping schedule
- Monitoring delivery status by comparing to demands
- Providing data and making reports
Expectation:
- Specialized college or university degree in sales
- 1-3 year experiences in similar position
- Communication in English, both verbal and written is a must
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools
- knowledge of SAP
- 1 shift (office shift)
