POS Administrator (sales)


Tasks:

  • Control the work between GEM and our customers, receives customer orders as well as order related requests, sets up demand in ERP system for material purchase and production planning.
  • Performing cost controlling tasks (cost analysis, plan-actual comparison, operation and development of cost center structure)
  • Responsible for monitoring the production progress and bring feedbacks for customers’ acknowledgement in regard with bike/parts supply in short or long term
  • Makes reports to POS leader
  • Set up model/sku master
  • Recording sales demand
  • Takes care of customer request
  • Communicate with internal for good understanding of sales need so as to have right plan, right decision
  • Receiving and set up orders and forecast in system; maintain order changes
  • Updating production progress for customers via shipping schedule
  • Monitoring delivery status by comparing to demands
  • Providing data and making reports

Expectation:

  • Specialized college or university degree in sales
  • 1-3 year experiences in similar position
  • Communication in English, both verbal and written is a must
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools
  • knowledge of SAP
  • 1 shift (office shift)
