Polish Speaking Lead Customer Service Representative

  • Interact with key customers in Polish language via e-mail and phone in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
  • Build out a good customer relationship and engagement by ensruing a high level customer satisfaction
  • Provide information about products, services and marketing activities
  • Continuous follow up on open cases in order to provide smooth processes and resolutions
  • Provide first contact resolutions and escalate concerns about meeting service levels or deadlines
  • Ensure data is accurately entered and maintained in all databases
  • Log, assign and track progress of queries and customer requests


  • Fluency in English and Polish language
  • At least 2 years experience in customer-facing positions preferably in multinational environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to learn and high level of flexibility
