- Manage a smooth communication with clients via e-mail and telephone
- Follow up on existing tickets and escalate unresolved cases to relevant support teams
- Learn and implement new technologies, tools, processes and policies
- Help clients in basic IT issues
- Document and share best practices with other colleagues
- Cooperate with different teams within the company
