Master Data Steward

Major activities

  • Manage and validate all customer database related requests for Europe and North America (and partially Australia) according to the procedures
  • Evaluate, enrich data and enter into the Oracle database
  • Deliver integrated service across the business
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for the processes
  • Administer customer master requests from local sites and distribute new, enriched data masters to the Oracle system
  • Assist with data cleansing
  • Perform analysis and run queries on the master database
  • Work closely with local data stakeholders, procurement and sales
  • The candidate will be employed as a contractor!

Minimum expectations

  • University or college degree
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in administrative field is preferred
  • Advanced MS-Office (Excel, Outlook) and data management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Hungarian and English
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
  • A fast learner and self-starter 
  • The ability to work on multiple, concurrent assignments and successfully complete them on time 
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Able to follow the work instructions and guidelines to detail
  • Team player and positive attitude


  • Experience or knowledge of any of the following areas is an advantage: Procurement, Accounts Payable, Inventory Management, Maintenance, Sales, Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese or French
  • Oracle knowledge
