TASKS:
- Daily operations tasks and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods based on the Import and Export Key Indicators
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations on daily basis
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively between all Parties.
- Supervise orders and arrange transportation of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Ad hoc tasks which are defined by direct supervisor
- Preparing statistical reports, ad-hoc reports
- Cooperate with other departments
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Fluent Korean both written and spoken
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)
- Hungarian communication skill
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Flexible, good problem solving ability
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements, knowledge of logistics software
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
